very user friendly, battery life average, my htc tends to crash though
1 of 1 found this helpful I love it, it is what was expected, except the one i bought tends to crash ever so often and this is within the first few days i got it. I say the one "I got" because a friend also purchased one at a store a few months ago and it has crashed only once. It isn't a Blackberry crash where u have to switch off the phone and pull out the battery, but rather the app doesnt open and they ask you to try later and if you would like - send a report to HTC. Battery life isn't all that, just ordered a higher capacity battery but other than HTC really makes its phone very user friendly.I have used Blackberry and IPhone, and this def beats re: user friendly.

Did not get what I order
the weave in the pic had brown and was neat. i got a frizzy, black weave. FAIL
