BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL USER! The most abusive customer I have ever come across. She ordered an item on December 6th, I shipped it within a few days and then closed my shop for Christmas break on December 15th. She proceeded to message me 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS complaining that her order never arrived and that I had to send her a new one out before Christmas, despite all the post offices being closed. She completely ruined my Christmas break with her entitlement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USER.
