The Encyclopedia of Edible Plants of North America

I first found this book at the library. I read through it and decided to buy a copy for myself and for a friend. My friend has extensive knowledge of those things that are edible in nature, she was quite pleased with this book. I will soon buy my own copy. This book is filled with information and it is well written. The pictures are clear enough to know what the plant looks like, although I always like to double check images online.
