Brilliant for the job
There is a wide range of bread slicing boxes and frames available from super cheap to mega expensive. I wanted something classy and practical that didn't take up too much space. This fits all my criteria in spades. Easy to use, collects the crumbs, various slice widths. Truly excellent. To get maximum benifit from ANY cutter - including this gem - you need a 10 inch long blade that is wide, not narrow. I used it with an 8.5 narrow blade and it was slow - with the new bread knife it is perfect and a pleasure to use. I can now trut my GF to cut the bread. Love the crumb collection. Truly, well planned and made.

easy to get around it
so not secure. Suppliers were very good and accepted it back.

Great price, works well
Great Price. Filtered water is important and can be expensive. This paptent part version works well at a low price.
