Good replacement but missing small piece of functionality
Looks like this a good replacement for the stock part except that the bottom fast function doesn't work. If you pressed down on the original Honda switch, the wipers would wipe quickly one time. Pressing down on this switch doesn't do anything.
However, the normal wiper functions all seem to work fine. This switch is of lesser quality than the original Honda switch and doesn't move as smoothly as the original did.
So overall, it's a cheap replacement that does the job but misses the push down (the double stripe with down arrow) single fast swipe functionality. But it does the job and is ok quality.
