  I have always felt that I should leave neutral feedback for a transaction gone wrong. In this case, it just seems vindictive. People make mistakes, it is how they correct the situation that should count. I ordered 2 of these Jakks 'scopes to qualify for a shipping discount. Unfortunately, I only received 1. I was pretty upset but I think I can safely say that this seller was more so. The missing unit was shipped out as soon as possible, and it arrived 2 days later, for the best possible outcome.
