My Booky Wook - We should all write one.
1 of 1 found this helpful His writing is intelligent, witty, and honest. This is a great story of ambition controlling mind, body, and spirit to save a life that will touch so many. Sometimes genius travels a dangerous path - this journey is described as something almost mundane; there is no shock in the storyteller's voice. He tells these stories very matter-of-fact and not in a egotistical way. Some writers who have overcome challenges take on superiority. Russell Brand does not judge himself or his audience. This is his story from his point of view. I often felt like he was telling me this story directly as if chatting on the phone with a new friend. We all have a story and nothing should be off limits. Tell yours too.
