Wonderful book for the doll artist or collector
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a beautiful and informative book about antique French Bebe Dolls writen by Mildred Seeley. The book has wonderful photographs of the Dolls that can be used by the doll artist to reproduce aurthentic copies of the antiques. Doll collectors can use the book to research the dolls they wish to collect or to replace costumes for the ones they have. All said and done the book is a joy to just sit and browse.

Kestner King of Dollmakers
Kestner was known as the King of Dollmakers and Jan Foulke's book proves that point. The book is full of wonderful pictures and gives a broad picture of the dolls made by the Kestner Doll Factory. This book is a good read simply because of the beautiful pictures of the still much sort after Kestner Dolls This is a valuable addition to the collectors library
