The visor is well made and strong Pinlock system is a good Feature. Ithis visor on my aeroblade 3 is a bit difficult to close properly. This is made worse by the flimsy open/close tab. It appears to be a tiny screw that goes through the visor into a soft plastic bead. OGK should adopt a monocoque design like every other manufacturer or at least have a machined/threaded insert so the screw doesnt tear out.

There are a few important reasons why I buy these headphones.
While there may be superior sounding, better looking and more rugged buds on the market, none is as full-face helmet friendly as the ER6i. Placing and removing a full face helmet with almost any other headset is a painful, often useless experience but the ER6i manages it effortlessly.
It's outside noise isolation properties are also a massive advantage, especially with the triple flange earpieces. They make riding very enjoyable and their comfortable, lightweight design makes them good for all day use.
The only drawback to the ER6i is it's flimsy, easy to damage cable, however There's a fantastic fix to this issue. These headphones can be somewhat easily spliced with the iPhone headset giving them remote control and microphone capability. For riders, this feature allows volume adjustment, track skipping, pausing and even phone use on the go. I performed this mod using one of the several tutorials available on the web.
Sound quality is amazing too. Excellent dynamics and for me, the perfect frequency range (not too bass-heavy). It's noise isolation qualities mean you don't require high volume to hear. That minimizes battery consumption on your device.
