The figure was shipped in a soft bubble mailer. Also listed as New in Box, Factory Sealed. Once opened, I quickly discovered that the figure’s plastic shell was mainly peeled from the box. I still love the figure, but suggest better listing info.

seller communicated promptly after an issue with damaged product during shipping == due to poor protection packaging: paper wrapped versus a box with protective bubble. seller does not offer refunds, so beware if you're buying any product that might be fragile during shipping. seller did claim his poor wrapping was due to his extra expense to prevent shipping damages... $25 wasted money!!!

This feedback is not true. Not only did you receive a refund for the order; you forgot to mention that the parcel company completely destroyed your package and within a few minutes of being made aware I issued a full refund to you. The packaging was proper (padded envelop with bubble wrapping) so, this would be on the parcel company who destoyed your package. Please remain honest in your feedback. SELLER DOES PROVIDE AND OFFER FULL REFUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
