Using this dvd really puts the pep in my step.
This is my second copy of this dvd. I had to get a new one because I used the other so much it just couldn't walk another mile. I believe that if Forrest Gump had had a copy of this dvd he would have been more famous for walking across America instead of running (didn't he know that you can't out run your problems). Leslie Sansone makes me feel like one of the gang, the " shakin' your thang gang". Just know that Leslie would walk 500 miles for you and then she would walk 500 more.
