  Seller did not respond to 4 messages in 7 days. Once I opened a case they finally responded and said they were on vacation. However, their feedback shows this has happened two other times. I asked for a refund and they said there was an issue with their card. I asked for an update 3 days later with no response. eBay stepped in and refunded me.

  1 week after ordering without contacting me they cancelled my order and then issued me a refund. The reason for the refund was supposedly the item was either out of stock or broken. How does it take a week to "figure this out." Bad customer service
