Amazing knife!

Amazing knife! I’ve been using Shun knives daily as a chef for a few years. This knife feels a lot lighter and the blade feels thinner than my shun’s. The handle and grip and sharpness is incredible! I’m only 1 day into using it but I’m loving my Miyabi so far 😁
