Total disappointment
I answered "no" on the above questions because there is nowhere to answer an "n/a". I bought this item because I like the Brokenwood Mysteries series. I was totally disappointed when this unit came without the shrink wrap on the outside. I overlooked that and tried to play Disc 1. Much to my surprise it would not play. If this is an indication of it being a different region code, nowhere in the description on site or anywhere on the packing did it state that. I am totally disappointed with this. I bought it in good faith and had high hopes only to be let down.

Great replacement.
It's an upgrade to my prevous unit I had. I love it!
