Line Winder
I purchased this to explore the possibility of using it as a storage device for a pair of .021" x 63' steel control lines for model airplanes and I found it to be very nice and quite acceptable. Once I added some lightweight grease to smooth the roll of the ball bearings it was very smooth to wind in both directions. Also, I had to make a slight modification that allows me to secure one end of the lines as I wind the lines on the reel and an additional attachment/locking point to retain the loose ends. This was a very minor modification. In summary, I find the device to be quite acceptable for this alternative use.

Lightweight with excellent mixing properties.
It is a very good polyester resin with excellent shelf life. It has a good wetting property that allows moderate penetration and saturation of a number of porous surfaces.
