Quiet for 2U, huge storage capacity, perfect for hybrid homelab/work VMs

I say "quiet" but that's a relative term, it's a 2U server but it's also quieter than my R730 or R720's. Performance is great - real step up over the 720/730 series. As far as design goes you really can't beat the toolless serviceability of a Dell server, and the amount of storage expansion of this unit is outstanding.

Awsome headset

Noise cancelling is great, sound quality is great and the battery outlasts my phone by miles - spent all day listening yesterday at work and still over 90% while the phone is dead and needs a charge
