Olivia's Little World - Little Princess 18" Doll Furniture - Trundle Bed
    23 November 2016
    Nice Christmas present
Easy to assemble, seems like a better value than the similar American Girl trundle bed. Only criticism is that there should be a bottom piece to hold the drawer in place - an inexpensive & simple addition that would enhance the quality to five stars.
John Glenn's New Concord by Lorle Porter Paperback Book (English)
    22 March 2017
A great feel for the town, the college, and the kind of people they produced
A fine book that deftly captures the essence of life in New Concord and Muskingum College, by an esteemed historian who loves her subject and renders it in masterful fashion. John and Annie Glenn's qualities - integrity, honor, patriotism, faith - are clearly rooted in this community. The only two criticisms I might make are quite minor: railroad station platforms are not called porches; and as I was told while living in Scotland, the only "Scotch" is what you drink, even though "Scotch-Irish" in reference to the Scots-Irish has been in long use here. Overall, a well-done work and highly recommended.
Devotions from the Kitchen Table by Thomas Nelson
    11 September 2018
    Essential for our shared future
Should be read by people of all faiths - its message transcends denomination, & is an eloquent plea to respect & care for our planet & environment as the gifts from God that they are.
