Moen Smart Leak Detector 3-Pack

Highly recommended especially if you have a basement!

The reason I went with Moen is because of the app, I'm highly cautious of using foreign apps because of security issues, Moen is based in North Olmsted, Ohio. Also Moen's smart leak water detector app works seamlessly with my iPhone. Not only does it check for water leaks, but it gives you room temperature and humidity. I have 6 placed throughout my basement.
