  I like the item very much, but the book journal should have been well wrapped (plastic, paper, zip lock bag, etc) before being placed inside the large size shipping envelope. The outer wrapping should have been tighter to protect the book in shipment, there was too much room for the journal to move around during the shipment process. The book arrived almost falling out of the envelope, which was punctured in several places. I do like the journal, but more attention to packaging please.
