Missing Component Parts
The item arrived with a big hole in the center of the box and the bolt and washers needed to put the unit together were missing. I had to go to a local Hardware store to obtain the missing pieces. The box was also poorly taped with scotch tape at he top and looked as if had been returned by a previous customer. There is also a major scratch on the base itself.

Very poor quality. Maybe a China product
Very Poor Quality. The black ink stopped working after about 15 pages.
