  I think you are being at least a little unfair. I went to a lot of trouble to pack that parcel with layers of bubble wrap and cardboard and put a note on the front asking Care to be taken as it was fragile. You received all your money back straight away. I have contacted Evri as they say you are covered for delivery damage but cannot get any sense out of them at all. Lesson learnt.
