  I bought a lot of glass items. One item arrived damaged due to insufficient packing. Seller suggested I file a claim with FedEx because it was insured. I came to find out that only the seller can initiate a claim. The seller suggested $6 on a minimum $60 value item. I asked for a claim to be filled with insurance information, or a refund of shipping, or, to return the items. The seller proceeded to have a condescending tone with me and refused a claim, and return label. Ebay refunded.
