Terrible

I used it the very day I got it out the mail and the tips slipped right off.On both of them! I guess I'll just have to take the pipes off and get my plumber's license.

Good design. Great for basic use.

I am very happy with the way it looks .I have always been a Dell fan. Old or new. The only issue I have with the laptop is the battery life. I have to keep it plugged in. But maybe that is because this laptops battery may a few years old. I guess I'll go into looking for a new battery and see if that helps. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase.

Happy to have made the purchase

I am happy that this is what I ordered. It is working well so far and is doing what was described. The only issue I had was that the digitizer screen cracked when I closed it back. I have to get a new screen again.Other than that I feel the purchase was a good one.
