well though out design
I used it as soon as I got it in the mail for my fishing trip . The compartments are perfectly sized for my weights, line, etc. Everything has a place and is easily accessible when opened. The reel I use also fits. I was tired of carrying larger packs. The zippers are made to last a long time. This is a very good deal. thanks

rigid, versatile, made in USA
It has a well though out design. My lantern can be positioned properly over a utility pouch making it ready hand. Molle compatible and versatile. Suitable for bungee cord, retaining miscellaneous items such as my waterproof phone/recharging/ID pouch on the back of the panel. My equipment does not fall the the bottom of my the pack. It fits well in my Tactical Tailor light Mod Op pack.

quality light and dependable
I've bought several lanterns over the years for camping and emergency use here in Florida. This one is the best. I've dropped mine several times on hard surfaces and it did not malfunction in any way. Also, water exposure is not an issue. I hang them from the tops of our tents easily at night for sufficient illumination. Other lanterns that I purchased, often times for more money, did not hold up to condensation or consistent use. The light produced is not blinding when looked at directly. The real test was when my 2 year old got a hold of one (without the batteries in) and smacked it on half the walls in the house and washed it off in the sink. It survived that. I'm more than satisfied.
