* Clogs up easily
* Weak motor bogs down on hi pile carpet.
* Switch on top of handle easily switched off or to a different setting when you don't want to do either.
* Squeegee mount (plastic) broke after 6 months.
* Bag change is counter intuitive.
* High price for the poor quality make this a bad value.
* I would NOT recommend this to a friend.

Great 5.1 receiver at a modest price
Although lacking some of the features of current comparable Denon
models, this 5.1 surround amp is well built, simple. The AVR-3600DTS at 110 watts per channel times five sounds almost as good as seperate amp/tuners especially when just listening to music, and be switched to source Direct mode.
There are plenty of in/outputs for most all current audio/video gear. No indicator for the DTS mode, but you can tell when it is in it..noticebly better seperation in the five channels.
I recommend upgrading the original remote to a newer Denon unit,
although you may lose some functions.
If you get the manual for one of these, it's kind of vague but usable.
