  The product description was different and it was clearly a used item. - The paint on the product was peeling off - The box was torn and messy - Each item was individually wrapped for some reason - The AC outlet was also wavy and clearly used.

  it does say open box, the packaging is not original. I did put extra wrap around the phone for protection from shipping. I'm not sure about the painting but before it shipped, I have check and I didn't see any paint peeling off.
