Niche product could be livelier !
Product itself excellent design concept and execution. Packaging and pricing let it down. Could electrify market if widely available at lower price.

Versatile and reliable -- especially for modifying/extending inherited networks.
Need to study up pipe types and sizes carefully; Philmac website/manuals helpful.

Should last a century, properly fitted and maintained.
For bottom-hung and inward-opening fanlights.
Use with hook & pole for higher reach.
Works OK in some other applications too.
