They sent the wrong ac adapter.
0 of 1 found this helpful It didn't match the picture. It wouldn't work with my laptop. When I contacted them they asked for photos which I sent. They wanted more pictures. I sent more pictures. It took about a week before they decided they'd made a mistake. So they made an offer for me to keep it and they send me $2. I said I wanted my $7 back plus the return postage. I returned it and after another week I finally received my refund. ALL THAT FOR $7!!!! They never apologized. I would not buy from them again.
