  This gear knob is advertised as a direct replacement and suitable for my vehicle. When it was received it lacked a component required to attach it to the gear lever. I must have been back and forth with the seller 8 times to explain the problem including a video. Eventually the seller agreed there was a problem but couldn't do anything about it. I continuously insisted I wanted my money back. They offered 10%, then 30% then 50%. I had to threaten to set eBay on them before I got my money.
