    These really do work better
    I've owned these and I've owned the common less expensive ones. They all work to some degree, but the US Spec one is the one you want if you're doing it for your wife. You won't hear about any Bluetooth connection drops, weird config things. These really do just work. I buy cheaper for myself because I can handle the little hiccups. But USA Spec is much nicer

    Phone does everything I want it to, and has a physical keyboard. Favorite phone ever.
    This is my second Q10, the last shattered after a year or so of my carelessness. Battery life is great. Battery is replaceable. Keyboard is great. Screen is great. Actual HDMI output! Sound is good, I particularly love having a play/pause button that I don't need to turn the screen on for. Camera is decent, it does HDR, panorama, that kind of thing. Perfectly fine for a phone. It runs quite a few android apps, I use Slacker and TuneIn. I will buy another Q10 if and when this one breaks. Best phone I've ever had.
