Poor quality cup holder

The cup holder is quite small, too shallow, and unreliable. Even when strapped onto the wheelchair arm rest with extra straps that were not supplied with the product, the cup holder sags downward when holding anything more than a small coffee cup. I do NOT recommend wasting your money on this product. It should be made with stronger plastic and should be deeper. I can only use it for a phone holder and bought and installed a heavy duty cup holder for drinks.
