2 of 4 found this helpful Bad experience totally disappointed. How do I return it. One friday I invited my relative over for a flounder, perch and oyster fry. all my seafood was prepped and ready to go. I plugged i n the fryer set the temp and timer. inside 10 min the green light appeared and the digital temperature indicated the cooking oil was up to temp. i submerged my seafood expecting that initial sizzle. Disappointed non of my exceptions were met. The cooking oil never reached the proper temperature for cooking. I had to break out the frying pan. it took longer some of my folk had to leave.

own the product since 2000. the one i recently ordered, is an upgrade. it has guards to cut to the length desired.
