  Fishing reel was sent promptly, thank you. Reel had a knock when pinning. I asked Shimano to service the reel at my cost. They told me it was not repairable or usable. Contacted seller but no response or from EBay. Very disappointed, $250 out of pocket.

  Hi Maca640 , Sorry to hear the unit is defective unfortunate i haven't seen any emails or messages from u regarding the problem , u are covered 100% u need to do a return on the unit and i can issue a credit your way . is unfortunate was told buy the owner who Iam selling if for is in working order , To initiate a return on eBay, you need to open a return request through your Purchase history, specifying the reason for the return and we can get it sorted
