The product description was for a Fluke 116/323 HVAC Combo kit and Klein Tools Multimeter and clamp meter. We received the Fluke 116-323 HVAC Combo Kit, it was new and the price I paid was good. The product we received is the product we wanted. Looking at the bid history, I’m curious who I bid against, I noticed they raised their bid with no bidding against them several times. Leaving me to question is if the seller had help raising the price. I guess that is something eBay can look into.

Would have to say be careful with seller. Item was listed as new and non returnable. Item arrived obviously used and covered in dirt from prior use. Ping the seller 3 times with no response with the only response was discount because it was used. Had to open case with ebay. Got a return label sent it back, was not issued a refund until I open a case again with ebay. So not a good transaction and certainly never word above being sorry for wasting my time. Cannot recommend.
