The Pacific 6 dvd set
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought this dvd set for my husband for Christmas. We enjoy watching the Band of Brothers series and also Saving Private Ryan so since we do not have HBO I decided to get this set also.
We thoroughly enjoyed watching it. I think it is as good as the Band of Brothers series and I know we will enjoy watching it over and over again. I am very happy that Tom Hanks directed this series honoring the soldiers of the Pacific, and not just the European conflict. He does a wonderful job as a director and I think he has captured the story line well.
