  I'm so sorry to hear the item doesn't fit, such a shame. I tried the item on myself as I'm generally a size 16 & it fitted me, just doesn't didn't suit me. I'm happy to refund you the cost of the dress if you send the item back to me. Kind Regards, Jan.
