Great set! Just make sure you can play all regions and PAL formatted discs.
I can't believe this series has finally been given an official release. 40 years was far too long to wait, but the wait has been worth it. Picture and sound quality are what you'd expect for a 40 year-old tv series that hasn't had any special remastering, but the episodes look far better than they did when they were broadcast over the air years ago. And, in a shock, the included episode guide is actually an added value, not a throw-away. I highly recommend this set for anyone who was a fan of this series when it originally aired.
I do have one important note: this set is an import from Australia. While I can't say for sure whether it's genuinely region free (I could test that if someone's interested), most of the episodes I've watched have been mastered in PAL (576p), as opposed to NTSC (480p). If your display can handle resolutions of HD (1080p) and higher, that shouldn't be a problem, but just an FYI.
