Great for Vegans...
Really good book and absolutely awesome for Vegans. Gives a lot of other information as well as the recipes which are pretty easy to follow using ingredients that aren't too hard to find. Vegan cheeses can be hard to find and also expensive, this way you also know exactly what you are putting into it too hey...
