The beginning of his rise to superstardom
1 of 1 found this helpful An incredible sophomore album. You can hear some of the excellence of To Pimp a Butterfly starting to come through with the Sly/Parliament style referencing, and with the growing complexity of Kendrick's subject matter and vocal phrasing. 5 stars for sure.
