    buyer claims item was damaged in shipping but outer shipping box is fine-inner box & styrofoam insert is fine yet the diecast car is crushed badly-windshield-seats AND lower suspension was crushed. shipping box would need to be flattened damage in no way happened in shipping. buyer either dropped the convertible or switched it out with another broken car. now buyer states we sold him a diecast car that was allready broken before shipping? just own up to it-you dropped it or switched it out...

    buyer didn't claim buyer states facts.....the outside of the box wasn't damaged enough to have all that damaged you mentioned!!!!!!! you sold me a car that has been on display and looked beat up suspension was damaged from you not from shipping ...... own up tp what that you are a scam artist and try to sell your junk and lied on condition.... horrible seller stay away from lies about condition and ships item that are junk and then blames buyer for his screw ups
