It has come in so handy this pregnancy. No more wondering if you can eat it
I highly recommend this book not only to pregnant women but anyone. It provides you with a wealth of knowledge of the vitamin & mineral content & the health benefits of foods. It give you fast facts, ideas on how to eat/serve each food & each food has an at a glance table which provides you with the percentages of vitamins & minerals. A definite must read for anyone interested or concerned about what they are eating & those wanting to have a healthier lifestyle.

I LOVE this camera
Wow!!!! What a camera. I wanted a professional grade camera to take good shots of my babies. I did some research & decided upon the d7. I'm soooo glad I didn't go for a cheaper model. The photos it takes ARE professional quality. It is on the heavy side so i don't recommend carrying it around by hand. But that's to be expected since it has an aluminum chassis. If your going backwards & forwards about buying one just do it you won't regret it!!!
