Everything was exactly as described. Package came before estimated shipping time and all the pieces were individually wrapped to prevent any damage. The seller tested the game in description and discovered it didn't work. He then offered to send me two games to replace the one equaling a higher value then what was initially listed. Everything works and all parts were OEM, and power supply was USA saving me the cost of buying one. Wish all sellers on this site were this awesome.
