On 2/6/24 I emailed the seller (mr.ting) explaining how the Power Support Air Jacket case I ordered does not fit my iPhone perfectly. Specifically the case openings do not align with the side buttons prohibiting me from taking photos, shutting the phone, etc. Unfortunately I will need to return the phone and have all of the original packaging. In the event I do not hear back from the seller, I would expect eBay to honor their Money Back Guarantee and credit my Visa. Thank you, Zita Flohr

In the massage from you, you admitted that you have an Iphone 13 ProMax but still choose to buy an Iphone 12 ProMax for it. Even though I didn't respond your massage immediately you can simply do the return process. But instead of starting the returning process which this item is returnable, you filled a dispute to eBay cause the item isn't comply with the description which you know in the first place that you picked the wrong model for your Iphone. Please try your scam somewhere else.
