    False advertising. I contacted the seller within 5 minutes of purchasing this “2022 Three Roll Set when I noticed the photo was actually for a 2023 set, which I am already subscribed to elsewhere. Seller refused to cancel order and will not issue refund. Yes, I could have looked at it more closely, but seller should acknowledge the incorrect Product Title mistake by at least allowing me to cancel the order or offering a refund. Not a friendly seller imo.

    The engine came with a broken top part. Looks like a glued on piece and that fell apart. Was never disclosed. Was said to be without flaw with a wheel missing in the original listing. I didn’t read the missing wheel part so that was on me and didn’t ask the seller about it. But the issue of the broken top part was mentioned before giving a feedback, the seller was obnoxiously rude. I didn’t want money back but the way seller dealt with the problem! NEVER WILL BE BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.

    I tried everything I could with this buyer. Buyer didn't want to resolve issue with discount or refund. This matter could have been easily resolved. Buyer could have requested a refund but only wanted to argue. Beware of this one, there was no reason to bad mouth me as a seller. I have all messages where I kept asking buyer how she wanted to resolve the issue which she never responded to only saying I offended her buy saying item wasn't damaged when I shipped it. Which it wasn't.
