  This is a great product, I bought four bottles. They were as described by the seller. The price and shipping costs were great. The packaging was a little ragged but the products were securely wrapped. Transit time was very good.

  Can't rate the item because it never arrived. I tried to give the seller every chance to refund me. I received a small tube of Vaseline instead of the 2000ml Olaplex. I gave the seller pictures of the packaging, which showed that the weight of the product I received was much lighter (up to 0.5kg compared to the Olaplex weight which would have been closer to 2kg. ) Despite many messages, still no refund. It has now been 6 weeks since I ordered the item. Don't use this seller.

  Dear Buyer Unfortunately your parcel was damaged at dispatch and so has been returned to our warehouse from our courier.
