Not for summer
0 of 1 found this helpful Given the speed (or lack of) it is definitely not for Sydney summer. It is quiet and lightweight and easy to store, but pretty ineffective in cooling. Was told that it was more for air circulation on cooler days, which again means it is not for summer!

Sharp points
Bought if to sharpen artist grade coloured pencils. The Faber Castells polychromous fits, but not the Derwent. The lead is sharpened to a fine point and there does not seem to be a lot of wood shavings in the container. So, a good product. But I am not certain that it stops automatically when it reaches the fine point. It has broken a couple of leads so far. I am now very cautious while sharpening.

Not very bright on dark paper
Used them on black sketch pad. The silver comes out at as a dull grey. The gold is more appealing
