Don't buy unless you only want a blank calendar
The product is a lot smaller than expected so it's great for someone that wants to carry it around with them. It's basically a blank calendar with small squares so you can't write many things on 1 day. The rest of the book is tips starting out with Am I pregnant? Well if I bought the book then I think I already know I'm pregnant. I didn't find any of the helpful tips very helpful since most are common sense. About the only useful thing in the book are the stickers you can put on the pages and a very little pocket at the end of the book to hold things. Overall - I wanted a calendar with some pages that prompt me to write in how I was feeling, when I first felt the baby move, cravings and just different things I experienced during the pregnancy. I will be returning this product. I ended up purchasing MY PREGNANCY A KEEPSAKE BOOK OF MEMORIES. This is much more complete to document all the special moments of being pregnant.

Best stuff ever if you are lactose intolerant!
This is great! I take 2 pills in the morning and I'm good for the day!!! Forget taking that pill before you eat anything with dairy. What happens if you don't know there is dairy and you don't take a pill? Well this pill you don't have.to worry about those situations. This is A MUST!
