It's a little different
You know, it's funny. This game is considered the best of the four original Dawn of War games, but it's totally different from the first two. It does not have a linear storyline. It's based on a Risk-like world campaign map where you have regular Dawn of War missions every time you attack an enemy territory. Two things here: it's original, and it's not as much fun for me. Just keep in mind that liking the first two games does not necessarily mean you will like the final two in the original series.

Cool game
First of all, this is the type of game that some people will "get", and some people just won't. If you played LucasArts Outlaws back in the day and liked it, you'll love this game. It really hits the high notes on western style action shooter games. Many people have complained about the platform action with Billy, but those were my favorite sections of the game. I like sneaking around and such. It has a great story, and the one on one "draws" was an original idea.

Very underwhelming
Let's get this straight, you're going to read a lot of homer reviews about this game, talking about the unbelieveable graphics, etc.... The thing is, a lot of what you will read is true. This game has a lot of things going for it. But what I was disappointed in is that the single player storyline, maps, and guns are just so uninspired. After playing all the COD builds over the years, this game just seems so... second-rate. The multiplayer is fun at times, but the lack of players makes it fairly useless. This is no Far Cry, Crysis, or Warhead.
