Great Pro light weight optic
I have a few different red dot optics (such as the Vortex Strikefire 2/vortex VMX-3t combo). The Sig Sauer Romeo series is a great optic for an AR/M4 platform rifle setup for CQB - notably for 2 and three gun USPSA competition.
I have the Romeo5M which is used by the DEA and other Law Enforcement and that is top of the line. The Romeo5X is the same except it does not have the 65 MOA circle but just as good and nearly 1/3 the price. It is a breeze to setup and zero and makes a competition gun light and agile and very accurate.
Its about the best sub-$200 purchase I made on optics and its small size is not an issue. I have mine co-witnessed with my BUIS and its right on the money.
All of the Romeo series have mind-blowing battery life and the technology used to turn it off and on is great as it can sit for weeks or longer and be ready for the range or a competition.
Why by a cheapie when you can get what works for Government, law enforcement, and military for under $170?

Nice working Pro no BS soldering iron
The Weller WES51 is a great no-frills soldering iron system for any working pro. Its 50 watts and has temperature control in degrees Fahrenheit to get about any level of heat needed from light to heavy jobs. Since it is over 40 watts it can easily solder to metal, but the temp control allows for lighter applications.
The stock soldering iron is a pencil style and works great - nice for small work such as soldering tightly packed Amphenol connectors.
There are other ones on the market with tons more features, but this one gets hot fast, has the control and power for different types of electronics work, and this model is a known standard.
