Be Careful! Caveat Emmptor
1 of 1 found this helpful Product was recieved with missing parts, communication slow and service poor. Missing screws, DVD drive covers, slow and hangs up. I am using this product only until I can upgrade. The service dept of this company is slow to respond.
The products do not look like that sold and the response one gets is poor to say the least.
I will never purchase from this seller ever again. I can only say after many years of shopping on ebay, this is the worst experience I have had. My money went down the drain this time.

A great investment in quality entertainment
I use all of tyhe features of my new TV. I am impressed with most of the features although some have actually been deleted by Samsung. The piocture clarity is superb and unlike other I have no problems with sound quality. I have purchased 2 TVs for Christmas a 42" Westinghouse and this one. I paid a little more for this one but it was well worth the investment.
The 3 HDMI ports are a great benefit and I am super thrilled to be able to plug my 2 Terabyte USB external drive into the USB port for movies and nusic.
Overall I must say I am impressed so much am considering purchasing another for my daughters birthday in Feb.
